Hi Everyone! The Big Question Is: Where Is Oil Headed? And the follow up question is …where will Real Estate go? Now, I think I have the answer! So you’re in luck if you’re reading I am constantly networking with industry professionals who are attending So I should know what will happen in the future of Real Estate in Canada. And here’s what I think … “The future is going to be about the same as it always been!” Heavy stuff, I know! You see, the oil business is cyclical. Just like the seasons. Winter comes after Fall. Spring comes after Winter, et cetera. There are oil price increases, followed by oil price decreases. There are economic progressions, followed by economic regressions. Always has been. Always will. There will always be happenings in life and the market place. In fact, we’re seeing a “happening” again today – the price of oil is moving. I think you’re parents probably told you the same thing my parents told me growing up … “It’s not about what happens, it’s what you do about it that matters.“ Now consider this for a moment: Instead of wishing the market was different.
