The short answer is, yes!
Event though I am a Calgary Mortgage Broker, I can help your friends, family and co-workers with their Mortgage across Canada.
I am helping my Brother in law purchase a home in Nova Scotia. The deal has been flowing smoothly, despite our geographic separation.
That’s the beauty of leveraging today’s technology. Here’s what’s happened to make up for the fact we are so far apart;
- Phone calls. We’ve spent a regular amount of time discussing their Mortgage file, documents required, and Real Estate process. With today’s favourable phone plans, this is also just as economical as a local phone call for both parties.
- Email. Email communication is paramount with any Mortgage file. This doesn’t change wherever the client is living or purchasing their home.
- Video conferencing. I created a screen sharing video conference with my client to explain the documents they were signing. Typically, I invite my local clients to my office for this kind of meeting (not required). In this instance, we accomplished the same amount of clarity and understanding through conversation and screen sharing.
As Your Calgary Mortgage Broker, Here’s How Else I Help You:
In my experience, the biggest concern for most people is feeling confident in WHO they are deciding to work with. I like to work with people I know, like and trust.
Creating these feelings with my clients, as we connect online, and eventually in person …or initially in person, is how I help you in the beginning.
Once we have decided to work together, I am primarily concerned with your customer service and saving you money.
You might find all Mortgage Brokers have access to the same tools, products and programs. Just like an athlete has the same access to run, jump and play a sport. However, perform differently and have different skill sets. You want the best professionals on your team and I want you earn your business.
Please contact me with any of your questions or concerns about your next Mortgage or Real Estate file, in this Province or not.
