Find The Opportunity

In every change, there is opportunity.

New relationship.

New employment.

New experience.

New <whatever> creates an opportunity for you.

Same thing in Real Estate.

When there is a market change, there is opportunity.

Here’s how you miss these opportunities.  1. FEAR.  2. IGNORANCE.

Fear is natural.  We survived thousands of years, as a species, because of fear.

Ignorance (read: not knowing) is up to you to remedy.

Here’s the thing … you can’t know everything about everything.  That’s why people hire accountants, lawyers, carpenters etc.

And you can’t know everything about Real Estate.

You can’t know everything about Mortgage’s either.  That’s why you hire professionals.

Now, when a change happens in the Mortgage market DO YOU REALLY THINK A BANK IS GOING TO HELP YOU SAVE MONEY BY FINDING THE OPPORTUNITY?

Really?

Imagine how that Monday morning meeting would go at a major Bank …”Common team, let’s help our past clients save money, and we (Bank) make less.

Not happening.

So here’s your opportunity:

Shop around with a Mortgage Broker.

But do it wisely.

I’ve created a 7 question report to give you questions you probably didn’t know to ask your Banker OR other Mortgage Brokers.

Call or email me and I’ll send you this report.

No sales or funny business.  Just straight Mortgage talk.

Cheers,
