As we near the end of the month we are closer to understanding January’s Real Estate statistics.

Sometimes I dream of going back in time with the knowledge I have today.
Think about how much your life could change! What would you do or not do? What would you buy or not buy?
Today, I often think of looking back at this time in history. What would I think I should have done differently?
And of course, I gravitate to thinking about the housing market.
If we look back on this time, would we think NOW is a good time to buy a home?
I do not know. Nobody does. Not until we have the benefit of hindsight will we know for sure.

I think understanding how your home purchase and Mortgage fits into your overall financial wellness is the epitome of being financially proactive.
