[Mortgage]: How Confident Are You?

Do you remember a time when you felt in control and full of confidence?

I think confidence is everything.

When you’re feeling on top of the world, with your head high and shoulders
back, people can see it.  People can feel it.

Confidence is magnetic.  Everyone wants to be around you.  You LOVE that feeling.

I think confidence comes with certainty, experience, wisdom, and inner sense of
direction.  I think you’ve experienced this before.

However, I don’t think confidence last’s forever.

Sometimes little thoughts enter my head.  I may second guess myself – even for only
a second – and this chips away at my confidence.

This can be a slippery slope because the conversations in my head, the questions I
ask myself, will continue.  And this does not BUILD my confidence.

You May Be Thinking About Buying A Home – And Asking Yourself Questions Leaving You Feeling Less Confident.

I get it.

There is A LOT happening in the the market today.

A lot of questions about oil, interest rates, over valued property, global economic policy,
personal debt, job security … et cetera.

This chips away at my confidence in purchasing a home.

Why?

Because there are a lot of questions and not enough answers.

I think the thoughts/feelings you have as a “want to be home owner”  are the EXACT
same thoughts/feelings you’ll have “as a home owner”.

I think, if you’re worried about interest rates NOW, you’ll still be worried about them when
you eventually purchase a home.

I think, if you’re worried about property values NOW, you’ll still be worried about them
when you own a home.

Consider this …

Instead of worrying about the market, interest rates, job security, debt, and everything
else …STOP.

Instead Of Worrying, Consider Becoming Concerned

I think being concerned about something is more empowering.

I think being concerned is proactive and positive.

I think clearly when I’m concerned.  When I’m thinking, I am more rational.  When I’m
rational I make better decisions.

I think worrying is overwhelming.  Crippling.  Exhausting.

If You’re Worried About Buying A Home – Get Educated!

I’m taking phone calls from potential home owners who want the truth.

Is now the right time for YOU to purchase a home?  I will help you with that.

How much can YOU afford to purchase?  I will help you understand that.

What happens to YOUR purchasing power if interest rates rise?  I will help you with that.

I think the more you understand, the more information you have, the more clearly you’ll
think and the more confident you’ll feel.

And I think confidence is EVERYTHING.
