My brother and I, while watching some football this past weekend, There is an old saying in business and life that came to my mind during “The best time to plant a tree is 20 years ago.” “The best time to start a business is 20 years ago.” “The best time to have purchased a home is 20 years ago.” [I think you get the point now :-)] IDEALLY, one purchases a home at the bottom of a market downturn Yes, that is ideal. However, I think timing the market is futile. Why? Because we won’t know when the market has truly bottomed out until One could be left saying, “The best time to purchase a home was 8 months ago.” Is Now The Right Time To Buy?For my brother, I don’t think so. Why? Because he could really take or leave home ownership right now. No rush. No panic. No burning desire …right now. He’s in a “wait and see mindset”. I speak with other potential home buyers who are in a different personal And because their personal scenario is different, so are their mindsets. Their rent is coming due – and rising. Their family is expecting a baby. More family is moving from overseas. They want family roots to raise their children. For them, buying a home is more imminent. Buying a home is in their near future. Their decision to “wait and see” where Real Estate prices go is different So Chad, IS NOW A Good Time To Buy?I am telling people what I think on an individual basis, once I understand I lead my prospects through my “Mortgage Approval Plan” to help me I have told MANY people to hold off from buying a home right now. The truth is, I treat ALL of my clients like I do my family. Isn’t that what you would want? If you want to learn about Mortgage financing, at a level that Banks will not If you’re beginning your home search and want to understand your Mortgage https://chadmoore.co/mortgage-pre-approval/ Talk soon, P.S Thank you to everyone (two of you :-)) who attended my Webinar last week!
